Life Members:
Invitation-only membership category offered by the Board of Directors to members who have completed 5 consecutive years of active membership.
Patron Members:
Invitation-only membership category for a period of 10 years, available to members who have completed 3 consecutive years of active membership.
Corporate Full Members:
Membership category for companies registered in Sri Lanka with a minimum of 15% American equity, US-incorporated companies registered in Sri Lanka as an Overseas Company, or companies in Sri Lanka with American business interests such as agents or representatives of American companies engaged in import/export.
Affiliate Members:
Membership category for companies currently engaged in the development, promotion, and fostering of business relations with American companies/entities, or engaged in business with the USA, contributing towards the objectives of AmCham Sri Lanka, as determined by the Board of Directors.
Probationary Members:
Membership category for companies or individuals intending to be engaged in business relations with American companies, subject to approval by the Board of Directors. Probationary Members must apply and be admitted as Full or Affiliate Members within 2 years of admission.
Individual Additional
Members: Membership category applicable to existing Member Companies, allowing more than one member to apply for membership.
Professional Members:
Membership category for professionals who have graduated from any recognized university in the USA and have been recommended for membership by a Full or Affiliate Member of the Chamber.
